The work order sits.
A property manager sends a job at 4:50 pm. Nobody sees it until 8 am. The window's gone and so is the job.
Dispatch Desk gives your trades or construction company a named team of AI staff: one for intake, one for scheduling, one for customer texts, one for quotes, one for the books. A human approves anything that reaches a customer or moves money. It runs our own plumbing shop in Phoenix every day. We set it up to run yours.
Works inside the software you already use. Flat monthly price. Cancel any month.
Sound familiar?
The work is sold. The crews are good. What stalls is everything that has to happen between the phone ringing and the invoice getting paid.
A property manager sends a job at 4:50 pm. Nobody sees it until 8 am. The window's gone and so is the job.
The tech shows up to a locked door because nobody chased the text.
How did Tuesday go? What did each truck bill this week? You'll find out when you do the books next month.
Twelve reviews unanswered, three of them bad. The before-and-after photos are still on your phone.
Who this is for
The owner
You're answering emails at 9 pm because if you don't, nobody does. You want to be interrupted for three things only: money, a promise to a customer, or a yes/no. Everything else should already be handled and waiting in a one-page report. That's exactly how we built it.
The construction or project manager
Your day is subs, inspectors, change orders and daily reports, and half of it is chasing people for answers you already asked for. We take the follow-up emails, the "where are we on this" replies, the confirmations and the paperwork drafts so you're on site instead of in your inbox.
The office manager
You live in the inbox, the phone and the schedule. This isn't here to replace you. It drafts the routine replies, chases the confirmations, keeps the review page current and hands you finished work to approve, so you spend your day on the calls that actually need a person. In our shop, the office lead gives a single thumbs-up and the rest happens.
What you get
Not a chatbot. Not a pile of new apps. A small back office where every person, even the AI ones, has a name, a job description, and a list of things they're not allowed to do.
Intake
Watches the inbox for new work orders and inquiries, pulls out the address, scope, deadline and not-to-exceed, and gets the job accepted before the window closes. Never declines a job on its own.
Scheduling and routing
Reads your live board, knows who's where and who has capacity, proposes the tech and the window that makes sense on the map. Never double-books a truck.
Booking
Books the job in Jobber, Housecall Pro, Buildertrend, or whichever board you already run, only after the customer has confirmed. Then mirrors it to any portal your customer makes you use.
Customer texts
Confirms the appointment by text in your voice, follows up if there's no reply, sends the "you're booked" message after. Only between 7 am and 9 pm.
Daily numbers
A 5 pm text every day: revenue, jobs and average ticket per tech against your goals. Friday and month-end roll-ups. Read-only, no login.
Quotes and estimates
Takes the tech's notes and photos and builds a clean quote in your template, priced from your book, ready for you to approve and send.
Finance
Every card transaction named and categorized, payroll and loan paydowns kept separate, billed vs. cash in the bank tracked, and a monthly plain-English read on where the money went. Nothing gets paid or moved without you.
Marketing plan
Replies drafted for every Google review. A monthly plan for what to post and film: which jobs to shoot, what to say in a 30-second clip, what's worth a longer video. We give you the plan. You make the content, or add the Website plan and we write it.
Special projects
Cleaning up the price book. Building the tech onboarding checklist. A customer win-back list. One at a time, scoped, done.
Plus an ops manager over all of them. One AI manager checks their work, unblocks them, and is the only one allowed to bring you a question. You don't get nine pings. You get one, when it matters.
How it works
Sixty minutes. Your intake, your board, how customers get confirmed, who signs off on what.
Gmail or Outlook. Jobber, Housecall Pro, Buildertrend, Procore, or your board. Google Business. Slack or text for approvals. Your bank and card. Nothing new to learn.
What always needs a human. What never gets sent. Who gets the thumbs-up ask. We enforce it.
Dispatch happens. Texts go out. Every week you get a one-page read: what got done, what's waiting on you, what can wait.
Hard rules
Software that does too much is worse than software that does nothing. Every one of these is a hard stop, not a setting.
Straight answers
It's trained on how you actually write and text. Customers get a reply that sounds like your office, because your office approved it.
No. It works inside the tools you already use, including the ones with no API, through the same web portal your office uses today.
Good. They become the approver, not the typist. In our shop, one thumbs-up from the office lead is the whole review step.
Dispatch gets jobs in and trucks full. Dispatch + Office adds the stuff that piles up behind that: quotes, books, review replies, a marketing plan, and the one project you never get to.
On the Office plan we give you the plan: what to shoot, what to say. With the Website add-on we also write the blog posts and SEO content. Filming the 30-second clip on a job site is still your crew's phone.
Month to month. Cancel any time.
It runs our plumbing company in Phoenix every day: dispatch, texts, booking, daily revenue reports, books. You're getting the setup we use, not a pitch deck.
Pricing
One setup fee, then a flat monthly rate. No per-seat, no per-message, no surprise invoices.
Jobs in, jobs booked, trucks full.
$2,799/mo
Flat monthly rate. Plus $1,500 one-time setup.
Everything in Dispatch, plus the work that never gets done.
$3,499/mo
Flat monthly rate. Plus $1,500 one-time setup.
Setup: $1,500 one time. Mapping call, connecting your tools, first two weeks of tuning. Same for either plan. Cancel any month.
Add-on
We build it, set up the domain and DNS, host it, and keep it fast. Your name on the domain, your login, your files. Leave any time and take it with you. Every month we write the SEO blog content, keep the site tuned for search, manage your reviews, and hand you a content plan with everything ready to post. Unlimited revisions. It gets better every month instead of sitting there since 2019.
$350/mo
Plus $675 one-time build.
For comparison: a full-time office admin runs $4,500 to $5,500 a month fully loaded and takes six to eight weeks to hire and train.
Who's behind this
I started a drain and plumbing business in Phoenix in December 2023. This system runs it: work orders come in, tenants get texted, jobs get booked on the board, and I get a text at 5 pm with what each truck billed. I built it because I couldn't afford to hire fast enough. Dispatch Desk is that same setup, installed in your shop.
Next step
Leave your email. We'll set up a 20-minute call and tell you honestly whether this fits your shop. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
No card. No sales deck. One call.
